The award winning Fowlescombe Visitor Centre in the South Hams (South Devon) is available for a wide range of educational activities for small and medium sized groups, covering business offsites, school and university visits, farm and conservation visits, and training days. The Centre is not open to the general public - only for arranged visits.

The Architect designed building has a simple but elegant main room with lovely lighting and a polished concrete self coloured floor. The building can be approached from the garden or across the unusual steel bridge.The Windows are enhanced by unique shutters that send exotic stripes of light across the floor at certain times of the day.

Venue Facilities - Below the main room there is an extensive kitchen, storage areas, entrance lobby and toilets. Outside the terraced garden has a barbeque area and interesting lighting. Click here for facilities

The centre has an integrated fire alarm system, fire risk assessment and any significant actions have been actioned. The centre also has risk assessments for many types of events, and we will help write new risk assessments when needed. There is an access statement on file.
