Taste of the West Food & Drink Awards

		2007 Gold Taste of the West Award for Loin fillet of Manx Loaghtan lamb
		2005 Silver taste of the West Award for Aberdeen Angus Beef
		2004 Gold taste of the West Award for Aberdeen Angus Beef

Fowlescombe has now won two gold and one silver at the annual Taste of the West awards. One gold is for the Manx Loaghtan lamb, and both a gold and silver for its Aberdeen Angus beef. This award is partly the quality of the animal, how it was raised, timeliness of sending off, correct hanging, and then expert butchery - by Wayne at The Devon Meat Company

The farm is certified organic with the Soil association.
