• Bed linen and towels (Please bring your own beach towels)

Optional Extras for your stay on our self catering farm near Kingsbridge are

Wireless Internet Broadband access (£10 per week - you would need to bring your own PC, we can lend you a wireless USB connector - our hub will have parental control applied at all times)

Meat, and homemade ready meals and pies for your South Devon self catering holiday.

If you would like some of our own award winning and expertly butchered beef or rare breed lamb, or some pork from a friend's organic farm, there is a supply of steaks, chops, joints, mince, bacon sausages etc in a freezer for you. There is also an array of home made ready made meals such as beef in red wine, lamb and apricot pasties, and vegetarian meals - you pick and pay at the end of your stay

Short breaks on our Devon self catering luxury barn conversion are available at times out of the peak season, when the following scale applies.

Such short breaks will only be available within 6 weeks of the date, normally. The days must not cross a Friday, unless by special arrangement. So you might book a long week end, from Friday through Monday and pay 60% of the full week's fee. Short breaks must always be paid in full when booking.

Discounts for two to four weeks on our five star cottages apply as follows

5% discount on the larger cottage, for anyone booking both cottages.
5% discount for second and subsequent weeks, for anyone booking two or more weeks
5% discount on the first week's new booking for guests who have been before.

Example A returning guest who books both cottages for a week, will get 5% off both
