Swallow cottage was designed by Robert Barker a founding architect of BACA London and built by Hayman Homes of Ivybridge. This modern barn conversion, now two cottages and the Function Room, won the South West Master Builders award.

This two bedroomed cottage may be used for long or short term rental, for farm workers, house staff e.g. nanny, by family members or as holiday cottages. The photographs above were from when it was used as a very successful five-star holiday let.
