This delightful 'upside-down' cottage can be entered at 2 levels with a very well equipped kitchen-diner and lounge upstairs. Downstairs are two double bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with full-sized twin beds, and a family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Bed linen, towels, central heating, gas, electricity and fuel for wood burner and telephone for incoming calls included in price. A decorated Christmas tree over Xmas and New Year.
The cottage is near one of Devons finest small villages - Ugborough.

Occupancy. To avoid disappointment we thought it useful to point at that there is a strict restriction on occupancy because of insurance etc. So Swallow Cottage can have; as a maximum; one cot for a young baby, and then sleeps a further four people of what ever age.
