This delightful courtyard cottage has a very well equipped kitchen, L shaped lounge-diner, family bathroom with shower over bath, luggage room and additional WC downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and room for cot. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wash basin and room for cot. Bedroom 3 has full-sized bunk beds. Bed linen, towels, central heating, gas,
electricity and fuel for wood burner and telephone for incoming calls included in price. Note - There is an further large shower room and toilet available in adjacent building.

Occupancy. To avoid disappointment we thought it useful to point at that there is a strict restriction on occupancy because of insurance etc. So Barn Owl Cottage can have; as a maximum; two cots for young babies, and then sleeps a further six people of what ever age.
