Fowlescombe is an ideal site for a realxed management offsite. At the simplest level the Function Room can be used for formal training, interactive brainstorming, marketing or other events. The more adventuresome teams could exploit the opportunity to use the estate for learning by analogy, interactive walks to aid stimulation or even night events to help team building.

Richard has years of practical training in management, lateral thinking, creativity, team building and other management disciplines, based on his experience as a Senior Vice President in two startups - Oracle Corporation for its first ten years in Europe, and with VERITAS (now merged with Symmantic) for tens years.
